Cappadocia Stone Palace - Goreme

The personal touch from the owners was really good, from arranging early sandwiches for our trip to Hattusa to their warm hospitality during breakfast. The rooftop terrace provided a charming setting with amazing balloon views.

The location was absolutely perfect, so close to helpful nature, historical places and all restaurants. Booked a room with a hot tub. All the employees were tremendously helpful and very friendly...

Loved to be here, the hotel was immaculately clean and perfect, the location was absolutely perfect and comfy close to shops and restaurants. Everyone was tremendously helpful and very amiable as well as host. Savoury breakfasts with an amazing view, fresh scrambled eggs plus cake, everyone could try something new. Location: the property was close enough to Goereme generally. I was happy to find Sedef, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and served nice food.

For fine views, wake up early to watch the hot air balloons from the terrace. A lovely experience!

The non-functional fireplace was a letdown since it was expected for a cozy atmosphere!!! The dim lighting in the room didn't work for me-I prefer brighter spaces for a more inviting feel!!!

The warmth and attentiveness of the staff was extraordinary. They promptly arranged my hot air balloon tour and offered insightful local recommendations. Breakfast on the terrace was good, with amazing views and a variety of options.

Soundproofing issues make it hard to enjoy peace when voices and furniture movement from the upper floor pierce through. Ground-floor rooms lack privacy with street-level visibility, along with the disappointment of no functional fireplace despite being advertised, and cleanliness could be improved, as clumps of hair were found in the shower.

While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I did notice that sound insulation could be improved as noise from above sometimes disrupted the peace. A lack of outdoor seating limited relaxation options outside during busy times.

The triple room was really spacious and had a nice, clean smell. The decor had a cozy vibe with unique touches. Breakfast was a highlight-so much variety! Plus, the view from the terrace was awesome, especially with the fairy chimneys and balloons at sunrise. The noise from upstairs was a bit annoying at times.

The staff made everything easy, from airport shuttles to organizing our hot air balloon ride. Waking up to breakfast on the rooftop with fine views was a highlight. Highly recommend the room for its cozy decor and cleanliness.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with a hot tub. the breakfast was delicious on the rooftop, the best we had in Goreme. - This hotel is set in a central area very close to the center and all the restaurants as well as the airport.

The room was bright, airy, and included a television with satellite channels, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. the experience was amazing, and I will certainly stay here again.
